CONFLICT FACILITATION for RELATIONSHIPS & GROUPS
Carol brings a refreshing perspective to understanding and engaging with conflict. Using the tools of mindfulness, curiosity and dynamic interactions we will listen and engage creatively with the many tensions in the situation. All sides contain a piece of the truth and need to be heard.
Additionally, she is committed to teasing out unconscious power dynamics in relationship to racism, classism, sexism, able-ism, age-ism etc. which generally underlie complex dynamics and can often be scary issues to face.
Carol often collaborates with a diversity (color, gender, class etc.) of facilitators depending on what the issue and the situation needs. Scenarios are studied closely without judgment. Carol views conflict with a deep sense of trust and a desire to honor the process that wants to happen.
